We extend a 60 day return and full refund policy for unused or unworn products. Trying shoes on a carpeted surface keeps them in relatively unworn and new condition, however solid or outdoor surfaces tend to show wear on a shoe very quickly. Until you are confident of the purchase, please be careful of the surfaces you stride. Just ask yourself if you'd consider it a new shoe if it arrived at your door in that condition. That said, issues may arise after you've decided to keep the shoes, and having been in the shoe business for such a time, we understand such potential complexities, and always aim for the utmost in satisfaction with our clients.
